The vlogger and Instagram influencer Rifa Mehnu was found dead on March 1, 2022. She was living in the United Arab Emirates at the time of her death. Reportedly, Mehnu was born in Kozhikode, Kerala. The couple met over Instagram and got married three years ago.

“We are awaiting forensics report from Dubai Police. Hopefully, the body will be repatriated by this evening,” an Indian Social worker was quoted by Khaleej Times.

Who Is Rifa Mehnu?

Mehnu was living in the United Arab Emirates at the time, although she was not a UAE citizen. She is a woman of Indian descent. According to multiple reports, Mehnu was born on January 10, 2002, in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. She followed Islam. She received her education at Pavandoor Higher Secondary School.

Rifa was a well-known YouTuber and social media influencer. She used to vlog about her travels and personal life. She had a child with Mehnaz Mehnu, whom she married. Her husband is a social media influencer as well. Both of them previously worked as content creators for social media platforms.

Rifa Mehnu's Instagram account has around 300,000 followers from all over the world. Her Instagram bio reads, "Hijab-Model And Influencer." She used to update her Instagram account with hijab outfits and personal updates. On Instagram, she has over 800 posts. She has almost 30,000 subscribers on her YouTube account. She has multiple YouTube channels associated with her. In addition, she and her spouse were included in a couple of albums.

Meanwhile, her husband has said nothing about her death. It has only been confirmed by a close friend, Alfala Vinoj Khan, an influencer. Efforts to return the body to Kerala have begun, according to sources.
