Myntra made headlines in February this year when it changed its logo following a Mumbai based activist's plea which had called its previous logo ‘offensive towards women’. This forced the company to rethink their logo. According to the activist, the old logo resembled a naked woman and she filed a complaint against it in December 2020 with the Mumbai cyber cell.
Before registering the complaint formally, Patel reportedly went online and brought up the issue on multiple platforms on social media.
