Who Is Kim Seon Ho? South Korean Actor Accused Of Forcing Abortion On Woman

Who Is Kim Seon Ho: Hometown Cha Cha Cha fame has been under fire after an unnamed woman leveled serious allegations of emotional abuse against him. The woman identified him as K and alleged that he forced her to abort her child while she was in a relationship with him.

Seon Ho's agency came out with a statement recently saying that they will investigate the matter. They said, "This is Kim Seon Ho’s agency Salt Entertainment. We sincerely apologize for not having been able to issue a quicker response. We are currently checking the factual grounds of the anonymous post. As the facts have not been cleared up yet, we earnestly ask you to wait a bit longer. We apologize for worrying you with an unpleasant issue.”

A social media user uploaded a post on October 18 on the Korean online community Nate Pann. The post was titled, "I am disclosing actor K’s two-faced and shameless true nature.” The woman said that she was in a relationship with the actor four months before they broke up and called him a " piece of trash without the slightest conscience or sense of guilt.”

She said that is going through 'severe psychological and physical trauma' because Seon Ho made her go through an abortion on the false promise of marriage.  She claimed that the actor lied to her that if they have a child at the moment he will have to pay 900 million won ($760,135) in damages and that he did not have that much money. For the process of abortion, the actor did not give her much money for surgery. She said that after an entertainment outlet found about their relationship, Seon Ho broke up with her over a phone call.

"I told him to remember what kind of relationship we had and asked how he could break up with me on the phone like this, crying, and he got all worked up and said to me that he may have paparazzis on him and meeting up for the last time could harm him in terms of money and fame.”

Who Is Kim Seon Ho? 

• The actor rose to fame in 2020 after his shows Start-Up and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha aired on OTT platforms.

• Kim Seon Ho is a graduate of Seoul Institute of Art with a degree in broadcasting and entertainment.

• He appeared as the main lead for the first time in a show titled Strongest Deliveryman. 
• His portrayal of a start-up investor with a dark past was much appreciated in the drama called Start-Up. He also got nominated for Baeksang Arts Award for Best Supporting Actor for the role.
• The actor also sang and co-wrote the song named Reason in collaboration with Epitone Project.
• With the August 2021 drama titled Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Kim Seon Ho became one of the most popular actors in South Korea featured in the highest-rated television drama.
