Who Is Kim Fernandez? More On Jacqueline Fernandez's Mom Who Suffered A Heart Attack

Jacqueline Fernandez's life isn't going well, and she's been making headlines for all the 'not-so-expected' reasons. However, according to reports, her mother, Kim Fernandez, suffered from a heart attack in Bahrain and had been immediately taken to the hospital. Jacqueline's parents live in Bahrain. 

Kim is currently under medical supervision, and more information about her health is pending. Jacqueline is currently embroiled in the controversy surrounding conman Sukhesh Chandrashekhar.

Who is Kim Fernandez?

Kim Fernandez is actor Jacqueline’s mother. She is a Malaysian national and an air hostess. She married Elroy Fernandez who is a Sri Lankan businessman. She is a mother to four children, two boys, and two daughters, Jacqueline is one of them. The actor shares a close bond with her mother.

Why Jacqueline has been in news recently? 

Recently, Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned conman Sukhesh Chandrashekhar in an alleged 200-crore money laundering case, Jacqueline Fernandez's name also came up in the case. Sukhesh allegedly gave Jacqueline a slew of expensive gifts, all of which were seized by the police. 

In earlier December the actor was stopped from boarding an international flight at the Mumbai airport. She was flying out of the country to attend a show.

In one of the previous interviews, Fernandez stated that her parents were concerned about her safety during the pandemic and wanted her to relocate to Bahrain. "My friends from Sri Lanka get worried every time they open the television and get the news of the current situation of India, especially in this pandemic. My family eagerly wants me to stay with them in Bahrain.” However, she chose to remain in India due to work commitments.

Jacqueline’s upcoming work

Jacqueline Fernandez has been filming Ram Setu, a film starring Akshay Kumar and Nushratt Bharuccha, for the past few months. She'll also star alongside Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon in Bachchan Pandey, as well as Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's Cirkus. She will also work in  Attack with John Abraham.
