TikTok star Fun Bucket Bhargav Case: Chippada Bhargav, popularly known by his TikTok name Fun Bucket Bhargav, has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl by the Hyderabad police.

• The Fun Bucket Bhargav case came to light and started gaining recognition after the parents of a minor girl found out that she was four months pregnant.
• The girl’s parents then lodged a complaint on April 16 to the Pendurthi police under the Vishakapatnam police.
• After the police complaint, TikTok Star Fun Bucket Bhargav has been arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl in Vishakapatnam.
• The police have said that Bhargav made many offers to the girl to her in media channels after watching her TikTok videos. After rejection of the offer came from the girl, he blackmailed her.
• Disha Assistant Commissioner of Police, Prem Kajal said, "He had proposed to the survivor and she had rejected him. But he blackmailed her saying he had her explicit videos. The survivor is also pregnant,"
• The case is being investigated by Disha Police station. Disha police stations were set up to investigate crimes against women and children in Andhra Pradesh in 2019.
• Bhargav's mobile phone and car has been confiscated by the police after his arrest. he has been produced before the Judicial Magistrate.
• A case has been booked against Bhargav under section 376 (Punishment for sexual assault) and section 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
• Fun Bucket Bhargav is also booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
• After the rape case came to light, Nithya, a 15-year-old TikTok star who rose to fame with Fun Bucket Bharghav was identified to be the survivor. But Nithya quickly came to clarify that she is not the victim of the case and has nothing to do with the case.
• People have been warned by the police to not share the survivor's photo on social media. They said that strict action would be taken against anyone who did.
