Meet the Dhaakad girls. Aamir Khan loves them and so do we. Raise your arms, one rap on each bicep and get ready to roll like a wrestler.
After the wedding extravaganza of Geeta Phogat and fellow wrestler Pawan Kumar in Haryana, which Aamir attended, the actor took to Twitter yesterday to release the 2nd song of his upcoming movie “Dangal”, presenting “Dhaakad girls”, which is no less than a power-boosting anthem for every woman.
Hey guys, hope you like our 2nd song of Dangal. Proud to present my Dhaakad girls! Love. a.https://t.co/SOu6CEuyG4

“Dhaakad” is the solo Haryanvi rap of rapper Raftaar, brilliantly composed by Pritam and the lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The song is an absolute emblem of women's empowerment as Zaira Asim (the actor who depicts the character of younger version of Geeta) says, "don't fight considering me a girl".
The exuberant performance of Zaira along with the Haryanvi rap of Raftaar is already winning social media with 5 million views in a span of 24 hours.
