On Monday, when entire Mumbai was battling a flood-like situation, a heartwarming video surfaced on social media and went viral. It showed how a lady cop came to the rescue of an elderly couple trying to make their way through a waterlogged street in Hindmata, Dadar.
Patrolling in the waterlogged area, the policewoman went beyond the call of duty to help the elderly couple
The Good Samaritan was helping out people on the street, monitoring traffic, taking complaints without taking a break, when she spotted the elderly couple fighting against the flood. This is a story of accomplishments and proof that cops do care about civilians.

The incident occurred in Hindmata area, where the water level has reached up to six inches, DNA reported.
The video shows the couple holding a child, presumably their grandchild. The woman constable, who sees their predicament, immediately rushes to their aid
The video is being praised on social media, making it one huge inspiration to fight heavywater logging. Mumbai people woke up to a painful Monday morning. It was the fourth day in a row that heavy rains lashed the city.
