As per the results, Nibha Bharati from Bihar has topped the examination, followed Patel Mahi Nayan Kumar(Rank 2), Purnima Kumari(Rank 3), Manisha Patel(Rank 4), Nandani Kumari(Rank 5).

The girls appeared for the first time in the examination and they are seen to have outshone the boys in the merit list ranking. After the results, candidates were requested to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website within two weeks of announcement of final result.

The Supreme Court had denied the government's plea to hold the exams including girls in 2022 directed the same to happen this year. Justice B R Gavai of the Bench said, “Armed Forces have seen far emergent situations both at the border and in the country” and the court is “sure such training will come handy here."

The candidates selected after the interview process will be inducted to 148th Course and for the 110th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). The course will begin from July 2, 2022. Check the online results here.
