As temperatures at the outdoor stadium in Edinburgh became uncomfortably chilly, performing a dexterous task like strumming an acoustic guitar became evidently arduous. Swift had been performing for over an hour when she felt a sharp pain in her palm, causing her to take a break again.

“Oh God! Hand cramp!” Swift said. “This has never happened before. My hand's like a claw!” Swift then proceeded to release the cramp by massaging it and rubbing her palms together. In a video posted on social media, the audience can be heard cheering her on as she admits to feeling 'embarrassed' by the ordeal.

Swifties on social media had a laughter riot over the incident, which has gone viral. One netizen said, "I feel like Kam kept apologising to her afterwards and Taylor was just laughing about it!", while another joked, "It's like punching your boss in the face by accident." Taylor Swift is reportedly fine after the little mishap.

Couple Gets Engaged Mid-Concert

Taylor Swift witnessed a couple in the audience get engaged at her concert in Edinburgh. While performing Cruel Summer, she saw a concertgoer take romance to the next level and go down on one knee. “I love performing this entire show in the sunlight, ’cause I’m pretty sure I just saw somebody get engaged over here,” she reacted.

The entire stadium held its breath as they saw the intimate, magical moment happen before their eyes. However, this is not the first time that a couple has got engaged at Swift's concert. Aside from the numerous proposals at the Eras Tour concert, Swift has also witnessed a full-fledged marriage at her show in Arizona, USA in 2023.

At Melbourne Concert, Woman Goes Into Labour

In February 2024, a 31-year-old heavily pregnant woman travelled all the way from Canberra, Australia, to Melbourne to witness Taylor Swift live. However, she reportedly went into labour at the concert and gave birth days later, as per a June 2024 report in the New York Post. Jenn Gutierrez was just two weeks ahead of her due date and was enjoying Swift's Reputation set when she suddenly started having contractions. Despite this, she continued dancing and singing through the pain!
