Baba Ziauddin Siddique's assassination on 12 October 2024 by three preparators in Mumbai was a very shocking incident. Siddique was an influential figure in Mumbai. He was killed when three bullets were fired at him at around 9:30 pm near his son Zeeshan's office. Indian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was reportedly the mastermind behind the minister's demise.

Indian Billionaire Mukesh Ambani's son Anant Ambani married pharmaceutical tycoon Viren Merchant's daughter Radhika Merchant. Their 6-day extravagant wedding was from 12 to 30 July.
