Pop-star Justin Bieber's engagement with model Hailey Baldwin has broken the Internet. The couple got engaged on 7^th July during a trip to the Bahamas.

Hailey Rhode Baldwin is an American model and television personality. She is the daughter of American actor-producer Stephen Baldwin. She has appeared in TV shows like Drop The Mic.

21-year-old Hailey is a fashion model. She has walked runways for brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce and Gabbana and Moschino.

She's a social media star with more than 12 million Instagram followers. And now, she's engaged to the 24-year-old Canadian heartthrob

Her father was an actor. Despite the fame, her father had always kept her out of the spotlight. In an interview with The Times of London, Hailey asserted that she had an average childhood in Nyack, New York. And she told ES Magazine in 2016 that she'd like to nurture her own children in a similar environment.

Trained in ballet

Until her late teens, Hailey went to ballet school. However, an injury put an end to her dance career.

In her ES Magazine interview, she said, "Everybody my age struggles with insecurities, so take that and multiply it by 7 million people. There are people much older than me saying horrible things, who have no business paying attention to what a 19-year-old does.”

She added, "It's not the best feeling in the world. But it comes with the job, so you just have to accept it and move on."

Despite her social media popularity, she doesn’t consider herself as an Instagram model.

She was dating Justin back in 2016, but had broken up. However, last month they appeared together publicly which led to speculations that the couple has started dating again.

Justin proposed to her over dinner on 7^th of July at a restaurant in the Bahamas. He has previously dated singer and actress Selena Gomez. Hailey was earlier romantically linked to singer Shawn Mendes. She accompanied him to the Met Gala in May.
