Teen UP Girl Shot Village Head's Husband Dead For Stalking, Harassing Her

Girl Shot Village Head's Husband: A teenager in Uttar Pradesh along with her friend, allegedly shot the village head's husband dead for stalking her and demanding sexual pleasure for over two years on June 20 in Kannauj.

The girl alleged that the deceased man, who was 50-year-old, made attempts to outrage her modesty. When she combatted his attempts, he allegedly started harassing her as well as her friend. According to a report by Times Now, the man also allegedly molested the survivor's sister.

The teenager initially resisted narrating her ordeal to anyone as she was scared of the social stigma and the outcome of accusing a village head's husband. She said, "He was a murder accused and his terror reigns supreme in the area." She was also afraid of the fact that her accusations would harm her family.
Hence, the girl, along with her friend, took the decision of killing the accused, according to a report by the Times Of India. The girl's mother contacted the village head's husband and asked him to meet her on June 20 in the guise of solving the problems her daughter had been facing.
Teen shot man with a country-made pistol
The man, who came to the girl's house on being called by her mother, started having conversation with the woman casually when her daughter allegedly shot him with a country-made pistol and fled to Farrukhabad with her friend.
The police stated that they managed to arrest her and her friend from Farrukhabad on Tuesday. They recovered the country-made pistol which the girl had used to execute the killing in her house. Reportedly, the firearm was provided by her friend.
The duo was booked under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) while the other associates of the girl were booked for conspiracy.
