On Friday, Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi, a television actor who built his career from the series Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kkusum, passed away.

Surryavanshi was 46 years old and well-known for the television programmes Kkusum, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Waaris, and Suryaputra Karn. According to reports, Suryavanshi passed out while exercising in a gym.

Alesia Raut, a model, and the actor were married. He previously married to journalist Ira Chaudhary and has a daughter together, Diza.

On September 10, Surryavanshi celebrated Diza's 18th birthday. He penned birthday wishes for her, "18 today & legally able to do everything that you've been doing since you were 15," he had uploaded photos of himself and his daughter online. This won't stop me from treating you like a child and talking to, bothering, nagging, and lecturing you... @diza.suryavanshi".

He appeared in Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti with Neha Marda as the lead in his final production. The programme began airing in December 2020, and it ended the next year. In Sony Sab's Ziddi Dil Maane Na, where he portrayed the supporting character of major Param Shergill, he made his final appearance on film.

Actor Jay Bhanushali shared a photo of Siddhaanth on Instagram as a way to express his sorrow at his passing. "Gone too soon," he wrote as the caption.

 Actor Additi Malik also condoled the actor’s death and took to her Instagram stories. She mentioned how it’s an "empty feeling" and she cannot express much. “RIP ANDY, just an empty feeling".
