Actor Shruti Seth took to Instagram to share that she had to undergo emergency surgery and she called it the last jolt of the year 2020.
In a lengthy heartfelt caption, the actor asked her followers to not take their health for granted and shared the lessons she learnt from her recent hospital visit. Although she said that she had averted a major health crisis. She talked about her Christmas and New Year plans being suspended and said, “now I have been schooled.”

She expressed her emotions about how hospitals can make one realize the biology beneath vanity, the personality and the life experiences. She said that even the most basic bodily functions are the work of some incredible engineering so she asked her fans and followers to be grateful for just being able to open their eyes every morning or being able to fall asleep at night.
Seth asked her followers to count their blessings and advised them to hold on to people “who love and genuinely care about your wellbeing.” She ended her note by sharing that she has scars to remind her of the year gone by. “I hope they remind me to always say thanks,” she said.
