Samantha Ruth Prabhu responded to Telugu producer Chitti Babu's recent comment suggesting that she should not be selective in accepting roles and may not be able to reclaim her stardom. On her Instagram Stories, Prabhu posted a cryptic message with a screenshot of her Google search for "how hair grows out of people's ears," accompanied by the hashtag "IYKYK." ((If You Know, You Know.) Fans speculate that this screenshot was a reply to Chitti Babu's comments.
Samantha Prabhu Shares Cryptic Post:
It appears that the dispute between Samantha and Chitti Babu is not yet resolved. Samantha shared a video from a road trip on her Instagram stories, where she is shown traveling in a car while The Unspeakable World, by Alan Watts, plays in the background. She subsequently uploaded the relevant excerpt to her stories.
Her post reads, "But you know, if you talk all the time. You will never hear what anybody else has to say. And therefore, all you'll have to talk about is your own conversation. The same is true for people who think all the time, That means, when use the word, 'Think', talking to yourself, Sub-vocal conversation. The constant chit-chat of symbols and images. And talk and words inside your skull. Now, if you do that all the time. You'll find that you've nothing to think about except thinking. And just as you have to stop talking to hear what have to say. You have to stop thinking to find out what life is about."
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is undeniably one of the most beloved and renowned actors in the entertainment industry. Her recent appearance was in the film Shaakuntalam, which unfortunately did not fare well in the cinemas.
The quarrel between her and Chitti Babu was initiated by the producer's statement that Samantha's tenure as a leading actor had ended and she should agree to do any part that comes her way, rather than being critical. He stated that relying solely on emotions does not guarantee success. A good film and role can attract viewers, whereas negative and irrational actions are not helpful. He expressed confusion over Samantha's casting for the role of Shakuntala, given her decline in popularity as a heroine, and also expressed his disinterest in the film Shakuntalam.
Samantha is set to star alongside Vijay Deverakonda in the upcoming Telugu romantic film titled Kushi. The film is directed by Shiva Nirvana and will hit the screens on September 1, 2023.
In addition to this, there are plans for her to feature in the Indian version of the web series, Citadel, in which she will be paired with Varun Dhawan. The two actors will work together for the first time on this project. The show will be directed by Raj & DK, who are known for their work on The Family Man, and is expected to be one of the most expensive shows in India.
