The Hyderabad girl was a tough opponent against World No.39 Ayustine, who was beaten up badly as Sindhu continued her attacking spree and earned a match that lasted 30 minutes at Birmingham's Barclaycard Arena.

On the other hand, following her victory in Malaysia Masters Grand Prix Gold this year, Saina with started off a bit rusty but got better as the game progressed. German Fabienne wasn’t an easy opponent to fight it out but at the end of both the rounds, Saina triumphed.
