Russian YouTuber Harassed While Vlogging In Delhi's Sarojini Nagar

A Russian YouTuber, renowned for her 'Koko in India' channel, faced harassment while strolling in Delhi's popular Sarojini Nagar market.

 A video capturing the encounter has gone viral, wherein a man persistently attempts to engage her in conversation, repeatedly asking if she'd like to befriend him. However, it's the manner of his approach that makes her uncomfortable.

During her live stream in the market, the man asks, "Can you be my friend?" As the conversation progresses, he expresses his desire to befriend a Russian woman, but things take an inappropriate turn. He tells her, "Aap vaise bahut sexy ho. Kya aap (friend) banna pasand karoge?" which translates to "You are very sexy. Would you like to be my friend?"

The video, posted on Koko's YouTube channel, has sparked outrage among viewers, as evident in the comments section.

The influencer went offline for approximately three days following the incident at the market. Just a few hours ago, on Thursday, Koko took to Instagram to share an update about her life.

Beginning with her signature words, "Hello, mere dost," she went on to express, "I disappeared for 3 days. Don't forget me. I will come back tomorrow and post a new vlog. I will tell you everything. You will be surprised to hear what is happening in my life and where I am now."

In her comprehensive vlog at Sarojini Nagar Market, Koko engaged with numerous locals, inquiring about their life regrets. She captured the thoughts of shop owners, shoppers, and others in the video.

The clip commenced with the YouTuber's introduction, greeting her online friends and followers. She said, "Namaste, mere dost. Mera naam Koko hai aur ye mera vlog hai. Aaj mein baat karungi Indian logon se, Delhi market mein, aur puchungi unse vo kya kya pachthathe hai..."

Koko, also known as Kristina, hails from Russia and is a prominent internet personality with a substantial following on various social media platforms. She boasts nearly 70,000 followers on Instagram and has amassed over 200,000 subscribers on YouTube.
