Delhi Police have arrested a Russian man at the IGI Airport after a woman sitting next to him on a Turkish airlines flight complained that he was masturbating in front of her, India Today reported.
The woman made a distress call to Delhi Police, accusing the man of sexual harassment as soon as the flight landed in the capital. The police then informed the CISF personnel guarding the airport. They reached flight TK-716 -- which was flying from Istanbul to Delhi -- as soon as it landed.
Police identified the man as Krishnna Ridzhal. He reportedly unbuttoned his pants and started masturbating on his seat which was right next to the woman's. Before calling the police, the woman complained to the cabin crew and they changed his seat.

Delhi police reached the airport before the flight landed and arrested the man at Terminal III. It has booked the man under Section 509 (words, gestures or acts intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the IPC.

Many cases of masturbation are getting reported in the recent years. Earlier on May 12, Kolkata police arrested a man for masturbating and making indecent gestures to two women who were on a local bus.
In February, Delhi Police arrested a man for allegedly masturbating beside a Delhi University student in a moving bus and trying to repeatedly touch her waist. The complainant lodged the FIR in Vasant Vihar police station as the incident took place on the route between Vasant Village and IIT Gate.
