Ranu Mandal is the new internet sensation who has taken the world by surprise through her voice that travelled from penury to stardom. She was first heard singing ‘Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai’ at Ranaghat Railway station in West Bengal in a video that went viral. Through her enchanting voice and inspirational life journey, Lata Mangeshkar fan Ranu Mandal can soon be the next singing sensation of Bollywood.

Hearing her voice for the first time, the singer, composer and actor Himesh Reshammiya offered her a contract to sing a song for his movie. This was the biggest break for Ranu who had already attracted a fan base. The teaser of the song recording was also released on Himesh Reshammiya's Instagram profile earlier and received huge following and views. Within a few minutes, the video became viral and soon had its own fan base.  Captioning the gram, Reshammiya wrote, “Recorded teri meri kahani my new song from Happy Hardy and Heer with the very talented Ranu Mandal who has a divine voice.” He further added, “All your our dreams can come true if we have the courage to peruse them, a positive attitude can really make dreams come true, thanks for all your love and support.”
