- The survivor also reportedly said that Bohra used to allegedly send her lewd texts during this time. She had claimed that the accused officer used to call her after work hours at the police station.
- According to reports, the woman then approached the Anti-Corruption Bureau to file a complaint against Bohra. After verifying her claims, ACB set up a scene to trap the accused.
- Bohra called the survivor at the police station on Sunday which is a holiday. It was at this time when ACB raided the police station and caught Bohra in a compromising state. He was arrested under the relevant section of the Prevention of Corruption Act, DGP of ACB said.
- A termination order has been issued against Kailash Bohra. He was promoted two years ago and was posted in a special unit in Jaipur to deal with atrocities faced by women.
