Rajasthan Cops Second Video Surfaces: Investigation Handed Over To Special Team

Rajasthan cops second video surfaces online: A day after the arrest of Hiralal Saini, circle officer of Beawar in Ajmer district, yet another video of him indulging in sexual activities with a female constable has surfaced. It is being reported that the constable's six-year-old child can be clearly seen in the video. The child was allegedly also being directed to perform lewd actions by the cops. The entire investigation has been handed over to a special operations group (SOG) team.

Like the first video, the second one too was shot at an indoor pool in Kalwara, which falls in Jaipur district. While the first video was two minutes and 38 seconds long, this new video's length stands at two minutes 53 seconds. According to a report by News18, Saini and the female constable can be seen naked in the video, indulging in sexual activity, that too in front of the latter's minor child. Due to the presence of a minor in this video, the case is being investigated by a child pornography team of SOG. It was this team that had detained Saini from a resort in Udaipur yesterday.

What is the case

A video of Deputy superintendent of police Hiralal Saini and a woman constable attached to Jaipur police commissionerate began circulating two days ago, leading to their suspension. The cops could be seen indulging in objectionable behaviour in front of the constable's son which also raised concerns over his wellbeing.

The woman's husband said that on August 2 he had filed a complaint against his wife and the DSP after she put up the video as her status (on July 13). The video was seen by his family members and acquaintances. As per the constable's husband she had kissed their son on his lips while the DSP touched her inappropriately, which was a crime against the child, in his opinion.

While there is no clarity over who shot the videos, it appears that Saini was intoxicated during the incident and it was shot with the consent of both the cops.

The arrested DSP had earlier claimed that he had no knowledge of any police complaint against him, adding that the video had been morphed.
