Gehana Vasisth Porn case: Following Raj Kundra's arrest on July 19 for allegedly producing and distributing pornographic films, the Gandi Baat actor denied charges of featuring in porn films and claimed that although she featured in several films for Kundra's app, none of them was porn.
She said, "We all know what porn is, but we were not doing porn. One needs to watch these videos first and then call them porn. "
Vasisth, who was earlier arrested for allegedly featuring in porn clarified that whatever videos she did for Kundra's app were not pornographic but erotic content and stated that they were of the same category of content that OTT platforms make.
Stating that the accusations were intentionally targeted towards Kundra and Vasisth, the 33-year-old actor said, "We’re in fact making what the other big apps are making. Why are they tagged as bold and ours is called porn? These are normal bold erotic films."

According to a report by the Hindustan Times, Vasisth said, "I’ve been hearing that I’m a porn star ever since my arrest," claiming that the crime branch made a false case to implicate her without any proof back in February this year.
Vasisth stated that the crime branch reported that she was caught on set making porn in a bungalow in Madh Island while in reality, she was picked up from my house on February 5 without any warrant. Moreover, according to her charge sheet, they confiscated Vasisth' phone and laptop, which she had reportedly resisted. Vasisth later claimed that she willingly gave up her belongings.
Vasisth clarified that she did three films on Kundra's app, adding that he never forced her to do anything and the contents performed by her were not pornographic.
