Another title is in sight for India's PV Sindhu. The number one women's singles shuttler, PV Sindhu smashed down He Bingjiao of China, making it to the finals of the Korea Open Super Series. She beat Bingjiao by 21-10, 17-21, 21-16 on Saturday (Sept 16).The ace shuttler beat the opponent in 66 minutes to seal a place in the final where she would face off Nozomi Okuhara.
Sindhu currently ranks as World No 4 in the BWF World Ranking.

In the semis of women's singles, the Olympic Silver Medallist gave a dominated fight to Chinese sixth seed He Bingjiao. She defeated South Korean third seed Sung Ji Hyun with a 21-19 16-21 21-19 victory in an hour and 17 minutes.

Fifth seed Sindhu won the first game, making a close shot at the second one, but Bingjiao came from behind to win it. In the decider, Sindhu took over the game and advanced to the next level.

Sindhu fought off Japanese Minatsu Mitani with a 21-19, 16-21, 21-10 victory in the quarter earlier and set off for the nail-biting semis.
With this win, three-time World Championships medalist Sindhu has equalised 2-2 in career meetings with the Japanese.
The other women's singles semi-finals will be between Japanse talents, reigning world champion Nozomi Okuhara and Akane Yamaguchi.
The Korea Open SuperSeries is the seventh tournament of the 2017 BWF Super Series. The tournament is currently being held in SK Handball Stadium in Seoul, South Korea. The final is scheduled for 17th September.
Two weeks ago the two players had clashed at the World Championships final in Glasgow.
