Badminton champion PV Sindhu is reportedly set to get married to a tech executive, Venkata Datta Sai, on December 22 in Udaipur, according to the Press Trust of India. The announcement came days after she clinched a women's singles title at the Syed Modi International in Lucknow on December 1. The destination wedding events begin on December 20 and will conclude with a grand reception on December 24, her family confirmed.
Sindhu's father, PV Ramana, told PTI, "The two families knew each other but it was only a month ago that everything was finalised. This was the only possible window as her schedule will be hectic from January 2025... She will start her training soon after as the next season is going to be important."

Who Is The Groom-To-Be?
Venkata Datta Sai reportedly works as an executive manager at a Hyderabad-based SaaS company, Posidex Technologies. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Flame University and a Master's in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Information Technology.

Sai also has a Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the Foundation of Liberal and Management Education. According to his LinkedIn profile, he also works at Sour Apple Asset Management alongside Posidex. He also has experience working with JSW in the past.
He describes himself as a "prolific writer, fierce promoter of egalitarianism, and everybody’s go-to person for all things financial and economics." He is reportedly the son of GT Venkateshwar Rao, managing director at Posidex Technologies who was also part of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS).
