Priyanka Chopra shared her condolences to the grieving family. The world has lost some iconic figures in the last few days. Recently at the time of the death of US Supreme Court judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Priyanka Chopra wrote,“For both men and women the first step in getting power is to become visible to others, and then to put on an impressive show. . . . As women achieve power, the barriers will fall. As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we’ll all be better off for it.” -Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg | Your impact and contribution will never be forgotten. US Supreme Court Judge, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, has passed away aged 87 from cancer. She had achieved iconic status during her lifetime, by championing equal gender rights throughout her career. She was only the second woman to be elected to the US Supreme Court, during Clinton's tenure, and in recent times was the oldest member in the court. Her loss is being mourned by the entire country, with thousands having gathered outside the Court to pay their last respects. Former President Barack Obama released a statement on her demise, which said, "Michelle and I admired her greatly, we’re profoundly thankful for the legacy she left this country, and we offer our gratitude and our condolences to her children and grandchildren tonight."
