Raj Kundra bail hearing has been adjourned till August 20 in the porn production and distribution case the British-Indian businessman is arrested in, reports said Tuesday.
The husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, Kundra was taken in Mumbai police custody on July 19 for his alleged role in publishing illegal adult content online via an app called Hotshots. The 45-year-old was named the 'key conspirator' in the case that is allegedly linked to a larger porn racket operating in Mumbai.
Kundra had challenged his arrest in the Bombay High Court as being "unlawful." The HC rejected his plea on Saturday noting that the accused, Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe, could not be given relief at this point in the case. Here are the cases against Kundra so far.

- As per police, Raj Kundra was involved in operations of UK-based Kenrin Ltd, which is reportedly the company behind Hotshots, from his Mumbai office of Viaan Industries. He is booked under various sections of the IPC and IT Act.

Shilpa Shetty's role?
Investigating officers initially noted that they did not find any "active role" of Shetty in the case but that she has not been given a clean chit yet.
