A close relative of Raj Kundra, Pradeep Bakshi has been sent to police custody till July 23 in the case. Bakshi's production house is accused of giving contracts to agents for pornographic content. According to reports, Raj Kundra's assistant, Umesh Kamat was the representative of the production house in India.
According to a police statement, the videos were directed to Kenrin Productions in the UK via an application. After this the pornographic films were allegedly uploaded to a phone application called HotShot.
During the investigation, the police found Whatsapp chats on Raj Kundra's phone in connection with the case. Kundra had reportedly created a group called 'H AAccounts'.
