Olivia Morris as Jennifer: Director SS Rajamouli on Friday unveiled a poster of British actor Olivia Morris, who is set to play the role of a character named Jennifer in his much-awaited project Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR). The announcement coincides with Morris' birthday.
RRR, slated to be a Telugu period drama film, features other international names aside from Morris, including Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody. Scheduled for an October 13 release later this year, RRR has drummed up intense buzz, especially after introducing Morris in a key role.
Rajamouli introduced Morris tweeting a still of her from the film:

Here are five things to know about Morris and her upcoming Telugu film:
1. Olivia Morris is a young actor known for starring in a single episode of the mini-series 7 Trails in 7 Days. The show, which ran from 2018-2021 fell under the genre of adventure-reality television, with actors like Zak Slemmer and Angela Cole in the lead.
2. Since Morris hasn't yet appeared in films, she is set to make her debut with Rajamouli's RRR. The fictional plot is set in pre-independent India and will present stories of India's freedom fighters. Hindi film actors part of the project are Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn, as per The Hindu.
3. Reports claim Morris, a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, was not Rajamouli's first choice for the role of Jennifer. After the director was unable to cast English actor Daisy Edgar-Jones was Morris roped into RRR's casting.
4. Marking Morris' birthday on January 29, her co-stars in RRR - actors Ram Charan and NT Rama Rao Jr - wished her on Twitter. Morris, meanwhile, sharing the poster on her Instagram profile wrote, "What an amazing birthday surprise to wake up to 🥰✨ Thank you for all your birthday wishes. 💕 feeling very grateful today. Hope you all like this sneak peak of Jennifer!"
5. RRR, counted among one of Rajamouli's most anticipated films, was initially set for a release earlier this month but was postponed given the COVID-19 pandemic. It will see a theatrical release later this year in multiple languages.
