In the tired mom sign, Jeni Bukolt decided to share a message on exhaustion and imperfection on a light note. It sure did strike a chord with several parents after that.

In the picture, posted on her Instagram, Bukolt is seen holding the sign which reads, “Mom’s first day of school, I am 42 years tired, I’ll probably miss a school ‘theme’ day. I really like sleep. Please don’t ask me to volunteer. But I will buy you supplies.”

Bukolt captioned her photo by saying, "All parents should have a happy Back to School season. We must not forget a theme day, or send our children to the bus stop on teacher work days, or forget to pick them up on arbitrarily scheduled half days. May we be patient with one another and offer each other grace for doing our best!"

"Parents put so much pressure on themselves on social media to live up to a specific standard. No one has a flawless life, and we don't have to pass judgement on one another," she told the media. Bukolt further added how she wanted all parents to be connected with this empathy bridge since everyone goes through some difficult days juggling their family, work and social commitments.

I own a communications agency, have three kids, and every word on this sign speaks to me, except I am older.”

A user took the interesting conversation ahead adding, “may we all survive the drop-off/pick-up lane.”

While people all over supported Bukolt’s message with several clapping and laughing emojis, the latter mentioned that it’s not to offend anyone because she loves her children and their teachers, and lightning up a little and sharing an amusing reality won’t harm anyone.
