'Sleep With My Friend': Noida Woman Accuses Husband Of Wife-Swapping

A case of wife-swapping which was recently registered a year after it happened, has shocked Noida. The woman, who filed the case came forward and accused her husband of engaging in the practice of wife-swapping. 

The woman, who hails from Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior, married the man from Muradabad. She used to live in Noida's Sector 137 with her husband and in-laws. The matter came to light when she approached police on June 23 to file a complaint.

Noida Woman Accuses Husband Of Wife Swapping

In her complaint, the woman alleged that her husband forced her to sleep with his friend and in exchange he would sleep with his friend's wife. This alleged wife swap incident happened on April 18, 2022, at a house party in Sector 75. Her husband forced her to drink alcohol and under the influence of the drink, he asked her to have sex with his friend who was present there with his wife. When the woman refused to do so, her husband threatened to leave her.

The woman filed a case against her husband on June 23, more than a year after the incident. In her complaint, she mentioned the behaviour of her in-laws as well and reportedly mentioned that her mother-in-law would even decide days on which the woman was allowed to have physical relations with her husband.

The police have arrested nine people in the case including the woman's husband, his friend and his friend's wife to further investigate the case.

Last year, a woman was allegedly assaulted by her husband for not being part of a 'wife swap'. The incident occurred at a hotel room in Bikaner, Rajasthan and the case was registered in Bhopal. As per reports, the complainant's husband was a manager in a 5-star hotel in Bikaner.

The woman alleged that she was called ‘stupid’ and ‘uncultured’ when she turned down her husband's proposal. She also accused him of being a drug addict and alcoholic and having physical relationships with girls and boys.
