Nilanshi Patel broke her own record and entered another Guinness World Records for having the “Longest hair in the world.” Earlier in December 2018, she held the same record with a hair length of 170.5 cm. Now Nilanshi's hair length is 190 cm. The 17-year-old girl from Modosa, Gujarat is often called Rapunzel by her friends and schoolmates, after the Disney princess who also has long hair.
Patel stopped getting her tresses cut after a bad experience at the salon. Since then (11 years ago), she has not visited any hairdresser. She said “At six, I had a very bad experience at a local salon. Since then I have been apprehensive about cutting my hair.” Further, she added, “My parents accepted my wishes and now my locks have become my lucky charm.” Patel's locks turned her from a local celebrity to an international celebrity.

Nilanshi on her hair care routine
To avoid her hair from touching the ground, Nilanshi wears high heels. Her mother, Kaminibenat cares for Patel's hair like any other mom. When asked about her hair routine Nilanshi said “I do what every teenager does. Wash my hair every week and oil it once or twice a week.” She either dries her hair in the sun or with the hairdryer. She also added saying, “Mostly I keep a braid, but while playing or for some occasions, I tie the hair into a bun. The only time I have trouble is while swimming.”

Ayanna Williams holds the record for the longest nails (woman). Ayanna who is from Houston, Texas has a total nail length of 18 feet 10.9 inches. Each of her nails is about 2 feet long. As per Fox News, her left thumb is the longest individual nail, at 2 feet 2.7 inches.
You Jianxia, Shanghai-born holds the record for longest eyelashes in the Guinness Book of World Record. The Chinese lady has 12.40 cm long eyelashes which grow on her left eyelid. Previously Canada Gillian Criminisi held this record. Her eyelashes measured 8.07 cm (3.17 in) long. Guinness world records asked Jianxia whether her eyelashes ever cause her any discomfort, she said “They are a part of my body, so I never find them inconvenient.”
