Actor Niharika Konidela And Chaitanya JV Announce Divorce

Actor Niharika Konidela is Telugu actor Naga Babu and Padmaja Konidela's daughter and actor Varun Tej's sister. The actor recently announced separation from her husband of two years Chaitanya JV through a social media post.

Niharika Konidela and Chaitanya JV got married at a grand ceremony held in Udaipur. The wedding was attended by the entire Allu-Konidela family including Allu Arjun, Varun Tej, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Pawan Kalyan, Upasana Konidela and Lavanya Tripathi.

The marriage was reportedly both arranged and love as the couple was in a relationship for five years before the families met each other. The couple announced the separation on July 5 through an Instagram post on their accounts.

Niharika Konidela And Chaitanya Divorce

In the post shared on Instagram by Niharika Konidela, she wrote that Chaitanya and she have mutually decided to part ways and asked people to be sensitive and kind to move on. She said that her family and friends supported her a lot and requested people to give them some privacy. Chaitanya JV shared the same post addressing Niharika Konidela on his account.

Niharika Konidela and Chaitanya reported dating each other for five years before he decided that he needed to impress her father and actor Naga Babu. He later joined the same gym as him and started making small interactions with him. Konidela then informed her family about Chaitanya and her relationship after which her family met with him. Chaitanya's father, Guntur IG Jonnalagadda Prabhakar, and Niharika Konidela's uncle Chiranjeevi knew each other and that's how the couple got hitched.

They got engaged in August 2020 and got married in the same year, in December. Recently, Niharika Konidela's brother Varun Tej got engaged and in the pictures from the ceremony, she can be seen posing alone with the couple, without Chaitanya. The couple has not yet clarified whether they have officially divorced each other or not but has only said that they have separated with mutual understanding for now. Stay tuned for more updates.
