Neha Kakkar is in the spotlight again as the singer continues promoting her upcoming song 'Khyaal Rakhya Kar' with her husband Rohanpreet Singh. But this time she is being criticised for her social media posts and 'poor taste'.
On Friday, the newly wed couple posted a picture on their Instagram handles where Neha Kakkar was seen flaunting her baby bump while her husband Rohanpreet Singh hugged from behind. The picture is captioned #KhyaalRakhyaKar.
The post called for mixed reactions by fans and celebrities who congratulated the couple but later discovered she was not really pregnant as show in the picture., It turns out to be that the post was a part of mere rumours and the picture posted was the cover of Kakkar and Singh's new music video, Khyaal Rakhya Kar.

While the rumour of Neha Kakkar’s pregnancy news had netizens upset, some just could not stop laughing over the prank the couple pulled and called it a 'blockbuster marketing technique' for the release of their new song.
On their new post, a user commented, "Hr chiz p gaana bna do (make song out of everything)." While another wrote, "Haa ab tumhare Ghar main Kuch bhi hon, sidha gaane release Kar Dena theek hai! (Now whatever happens in your home, you keep releasing songs)."
Another user commented, "Waah!! Chuna pro max tha ye toh (this was trickery pro max)."
However, some netizens are upset and the couple is slammed for using their pregnancy as a ‘publicity stunt’
Neha and Rohanpreet met in Chandigarh in August during the shoot of “Nehu Da Vyah” and reportedly fell in love. The two tied the knot in a traditional Sikh ceremony on 24 October 2020 after dating each other for a while.
