Neetu had a difficult time calling the children from their homes and gathering them in one location to instruct them when she first began teaching a small number of poor children. However, as the children's education improved, the children's parents began sending their kids to Neetu's school, which is called Neetu's Pathshala. There were initially fewer kids, but eventually, there were more, and there are now 200 kids enrolled in Neetu's Pathshala.

Students first to ninth grade receive education here. In addition to teaching the children for free, Neetu also supplies them with all the resources they need for reading and writing, including copies, books, erasers, pencils, and pens. One of the people who inspired her to start her pathshala is Nitish, her older brother, who is studying for the civil service in Prayagraj.

Her older brother, Nitish, is on board with helping to provide these kids with free books to read. Neetu's uncle, Krishna, works for the Bihar Police and is a member of the paramilitary group along with other brothers. All of these people provide financial support to Neetu's work so that the students there have access to the books they need to read.

More about Neetu's Pathshala:

The children enrolled here have an opportunity to learn and understand a lot in Neetu's school since the government schools do not provide a high-quality education. Students claim that in Neetu's Pathshala, they can easily learn concepts that they struggle with in school.

Neetu's school has always been getting better. In addition to studies, initiatives are currently being prepared to give children exposure to sports, quizzes, chess, and other activities in order to achieve parity between children's physical and mental development. Students revealed that they participate in a variety of co-curricular activities like yoga, Kabbadi, and other sports in addition to learning and giving tests at Neetu's Pathshala.
