Muzaffarpur Woman Kills Boyfriend After He Leaks Her Explicit Video

A woman from Muzaffarpur allegedly killed her boyfriend with the help of her family as revenge for posting her private video on the internet. The body of the man, identified as Jay Prakash, was found cut up inside a bag by the roadside on August 28. Lalita Kumari and her family were arrested following an FIR based on a complaint from Jay Prakash’s mother. 

Revenge Met With Revenge

According to reports, Jay Prakash and Lalita Kumari had been in a relationship for three years and planned to marry soon. The deceased man's mother told the police that Kumari had allegedly been isolating her Jay Prakash from meeting anyone else.

Recently, the couple's relationship took a nasty turn when Jay Prakash suspected that Kumari was cheating on him. Out of alleged revenge, he circulated her explicit videos online. When Kumari opened up about this to her family, they plotted to kill him.

Kumari asked Jay Prakash to come over under the pretence of discussing a cousin’s wedding. Once there, her family brutally murdered him. The family then dismembered his body and stuffed it in a bag. CCTV footage showed them disposing of the body.

A 34-year-old Gurugram woman was arrested on August 25 for murdering her boyfriend since he had allegedly started 'interfering' in her personal life, police said. The murder happened at their rented accommodation on August 23. The incident was reported when a neighbour saw Vicky's body lying in the house. 

The suspect, identified as 34-year-old Nitu Kumari alias Nisha, was arrested from a house in Ghata, Sector 58, where she had been hiding, police said. At the Gurugram Sadar police station, Nisha allegedly confessed to murdering Vicky by hitting him hard with a utensil, said Inspector Arjun Dev, station house officer.

Inspector Dev said, “Nisha said she and Vicky were in a relationship for the last six years and lived together in Sector 48. According to Nisha, he kept a tab on her movements, telephonic conversations and chats. So, she called her brother to their house on Friday night and compelled Vicky to consume liquor. It was during the scuffle, that she hit him with the utensil."
