A woman in Mumbai was arrested for sexually harassing her minor children by watching porn in front of them and engaging in sexual activities in their presence. The woman tried to file a request for pre-arrest bail which was refused by the session court in Panvel.
A resident of Navi Mumbai was recently booked for sexual harassment of her kids, a 6-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son, by watching porn and engaging in sexual acts in front of them. The woman's husband, who claims to be a commercial ship engineer, reportedly said that his job forced him to be on the ship for almost six months of the year. Taking advantage of the situation, his wife had an affair with a man who claimed to be a social media influencer and harassed the kids along with him. She used to live with her lover in their home along with the children and threatened them not tell about him to anyone.

Mumbai woman sexually harassed kids
Her husband found out about her affair in February 2022 through her calls and pictures on her phone. However, when he confronted her and her family about this, his wife filed a case of dowry harassment in March and sent him to jail. Upon returning, he tried to ask his children about the situation they told him that their mother's love used to live with them, and while they shot social media videos, they used to lock them in the bathroom in the dark. They even threatened to kill them if they ever told anyone about their relationship.
The husband filed a case against his wife and her lover after which they were taken into custody under the section 75 of the Indian Penal Code for Juvenile Justice. The child welfare committee counselled the children and to them, the children revealed how her mother and her lover used to indulge in sexual activity in front of them. Their mother reportedly watched porn in their presence after which POCSO sections were also added to the complaint.
The mother reportedly denied her husband's claims and tried to get a pre-arrest bail but the session court said that the offense was too serious and the evidences were very much against them. Hence, her pre-arrest bail was not approved.
