Scaling New Heights and Inspiring Generations
Inspired by her father's mountaineering pursuits, Kaamya started trekking at the age of three, according to Kids Chaupal as reported by DNA. Her Himalayan endeavours began in 2015 with a trek to Chandrashila Peak at the age of seven. She also completed a successful expedition to Mount Stok Kangri at the age of nine. Kaamya has been awarded the prestigious Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Shakti Puraskar, the highest civilian honour for those under the age of 18, in appreciation of her exceptional mountaineering skills, establishing her position as a rising star in the climbing world.
Kaamya's accomplishments extend to setting multiple records, further emphasising her remarkable talents.
