If Seema Haider does not return to her country, India will have to face destruction; this is what a man from Pakistan called and said to the Mumbao police, according to reports.
Mumbai cops received a threatening call from Pakistan, stating that they await Seema Haider's return to the country, and if India fails to enable this, there would be dire consequences like the 26/11 attacks.
Seema Haider had entered India illegally with her four children to meet and marry her lover Sachin Meena, whom she met on the worldwide online popular game PUBG. On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, Mumbai cops received a threat call from Pakistan via an application. The man on the other side of the phone call spoke in Urdu and warned the police, demanding Seema Haider's return to the country.
He warned that if India fails to deliver, there would be another attack like 26/11, and the government of Uttar Pradesh would be responsible for it.
An immediate investigation has been set up by Mumbai police and the crime branch team said the police official. The police are trying to track the IP address of the caller.
Who is Seema Haider?
Haider (27) belongs to the Sindh provinces of Pakistan and is married for a few years now. Haider entered India in May to meet her lover Meena. The two had become friends over the game of PUBG, during the pandemic and grew closer and fell in love over time. She arranged money in the form of Indian currency for the travel expenditure by selling a plot, took a flight to Dubai and then travelled to Nepal. She entered India via Kathmandu and reached Greater Noida on May 13, where Sachin was already ready with all the arrangements.
The couple's arrest update
The story of Haider and Meena seems no less than a movie plot. For about two months Haider managed to hide her identity, but on July 4, the two were arrested for illegal immigration and protection, when a lawyer slipped out the information. After getting bail from the court, Haider refused to return to the country as she wishes to spend life with her lover and is ready to accept Indian nationality.
Haider’s husband, Gulam Haider, whom she claims to be abusive towards her has now appealed to the Indian Government to help him reunite with his wife.
