While befriending strangers may feel like an exciting experience, it is not always a safe choice because you never know how the other person. People may seem friendly and kind at first but that might just be a facade just like what happened to these two American women on their trip to Germany.
Vacations are a great experience if they are carefully planned and you are especially attentive. Travelling to a new country can be a nightmare if you are not prepared and attentive and trusting people is even more doubtful.
A recent incident from Germany proved how fatal it can be to trust strangers as two women were thrown off a cliff by a tourist they just met. Here's what happened.

Man Pushes Women Off Cliff In Germany
The two American women aged 21 and 22 were on a vacation in Germany when they met a 30-year-old tourist from America on a hiking path. The three of them hit it off after which the man lured them towards a bridge named Marienbruecke situated above a gorge which gives a beautiful view of the Neuschwanstein Castle situated nearby. As soon as the women reached the cliff, the man pushed one of them off it.
The man reportedly attacked the younger one first after which the older one came to her rescue. She tried defending her but the man choked her and pushed her down the slope. The man allegedly attempted to sexually assault the younger and later pushed her down the gorge as well. The two women fell 165 feet down and as soon as the authorities came to know about the incident, rescue teams were sent. The 22-year-old woman was responsive and was immediately sent to a hospital nearby and she survived.
Tragically, the 21-year-old woman had serious injuries that she didn't survive. The man ran away but was arrested a day later. The spectators who watched the man getting arrested alleged that the man was shocked that the woman survived the fall.
A case against him was filed in a court in Kempton on Thursday. He is charged of murder, attempted sexual offence and attempted murder and is currently in jail.
