UK: 53-Year-Old Man Dressed As Woman Abuses School Girl, Jailed

A former butcher was given a 20-year prison sentence for sexually abusing a primary school student for 27 hours in a "nauseating" attack.

Andrew Miller, aged 53, who also goes by the alias Amy George, admitted to kidnapping and repeatedly victimising the young elementary school student for over 24 hours.

As reported by The Guardian, Miller brought the child back to his Borders house in Scotland, where he repeatedly raped her.

She was compelled to watch porn and was molested repeatedly while she was imprisoned at Miller's house for 27 hours. Miller, 53, fell asleep while wearing women's underpants, so she called 999.

Miller claimed forcing the child to sleep in his bed was a motherly thing and said that he volunteered to give her a lift because she was freezing.

Three computers and 242 obscene photos of youngsters were taken from his property after his arrest.

Court Proceedings

 In Edinburgh in May, Miller entered a guilty plea to counts of abduction, sexual assault, viewing pornography in the presence of a child under the age of 13, and possessing 242 indecent photographs of minors before the high court.

"Abduction of young children for the purpose of sexual torment is a mercifully rare crime in this jurisdiction," Judge Lord Arthurson said in sentencing Miller.

Miller's clothing as a woman, according to the judge, was an aggravating element since it was improbable that the girl would have entered his car if Miller had shown up as a male.

The accused is undergoing a gender change and is being kept in a men's jail, according to information provided to the court.

Miller's offences were previously characterised by the judge as "abhorrent crimes" that were the height of "deviance and depravity" and "the realisation of every parent's worst nightmare."

Judge informed Miller that, although he had shown an awareness of the effect his actions had on the general population, it was "limited" in terms of the kid and that his "primary focus" had been himself throughout.

"The story's depravity and illegal sexual deviance were, to put it mildly, sickening. When the accused was arrested, he absurdly claimed to have behaved like a mother while denying the kidnapping."
