The Extraordinary Love Story
Kochaniyan worked as an assistant to Ammal's husband. However, Ammal's husband passed away nearly 21 years ago when she joined the Thrissur Old Age home. Even after this, Kochaniyan tried his best to stay in touch with Ammal and provide help as and when required. But when he started working with a catering business in order to look after his family, he lost contact with Ammal.
When the Old Age Home superintendent V G Jayakumar came to know about Kochaniyan and Ammal's relationship, he encouraged the couple to take it forward.
A few years later, Kochaniyan's wife passed away and after this, his family abandoned him. Post this someone found him lying on the streets of Kozhikode and brought him to an old age home in Wayanad. However, destiny played its role and Kochaniyan was then transferred to the Thrissur old age home where he met Ammal once again.
