“I’ve seen a ton of memes like this all over Facebook recently,” says Lizzie Velasquez.
One of the outspoken authors of our time, Lizzie Velasquez yet again became a target of cyberbullying, but handled it like a pro. Born with a rare disorder -- Neonatal Progeroid Syndrome, which resulted in Lizzie gaining weight not more than 64 pounds and is blind in one eye.
The activist has had her share of encountering bullies and she marks this as one of the main reasons of her becoming a helping hand to those who are faced with the same problem as hers. She has dedicated her life to spreading love and love only, while seeing criticism as positivism.
The 27-year-old Mexican-American motivational speaker recently found a photo of her online mocking her and her looks as a subject of using a cruel meme with the caption: "Michael said he would meet me behind this tree for a bit of fun". "He's running late, would someone please tag him and tell him I'm still waiting?"

On Sunday, she decided to stand up against the post and be counted:
'At the end of the day we are all human'.
