Who Was Leena Nagwanshi? 22-Year-Old Influencer Dies By Suicide

Days after actor 20-year-old Tunisha Sharma died by suicide on the sets of her television show, Leena Nagwanshi, a young social media influencer from Chattisgarh hanged herself in her home when no one was at home. In an unfortunate incident, Chhattisgarh-born Nagwanshi was found dead on the roof of her house on December 26, according to police reports.

22-year-old Leena Nagwanshi died by suicide in her home in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, according to the latest police reports. Nagwanshi was a social media influencer and her reels on Instagram were very popular among the platform's users.

Who was Leena Nagwanshi?

According to the latest update by the Raipur police, Leena Nagvanshi passed away on December 26. Nagvanshi was a second-year B.Com student at a local college in town. She took this drastic step when her mother was visiting the market. When her mother returned home and didn't find her, she went to the terrace to check but couldn't open the door. She pushed the door hard and saw her daughter's body on the roof.

Sub Inspector Ingeshwar Yadav told the media that while Nagwanshi died of suicide, the body has been sent for post-mortem and further details will only be relieved after a thorough investigation. The police have not found any suicide note on the spot and further investigations are underway.

Nagwanshi used to live in Raipur with her family. She also runs her own YouTube channel and often posts dance and travel videos on it. Her channel titled 'Royal Leena' featured a lot of dance videos for her subscribers. She was known for recreating various character roles from Bollywood films and her subscribers often praised her for the same. A few months back, she recreated Priyanka Chopra's look from the film Bajirao Mastani and imitated her dialogues.

She was known for making reels on Instagram and was super active on the platform. In the post shared, she can be seen celebrating Christmas by wearing a Christmas cap and holding a baby wearing a red outfit. She often collaborated with influencers as well for dance reels. Her last post on Instagram was on December 25, a day prior to her death.
