Late Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja's wife Meghana Raj gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday morning. Chiranjeevi's brother Dhruva Sarja shared the good news on Instagram.
Dhruva wrote on his Instagram story, "Baby boy. Jai Hanuman."

On Wednesday, Dhruva reportedly bought a silver cradle for the baby worth Rs 10 lakh.

Pictures of the newborn have taken over the internet and a photo of Dhruva Sarja holding his brother's newborn son is also going viral on social media.
As per the report, Meghana checked into the same birthing suite that Chiranjeevi had picked for her. The family celebrated the birth of the baby boy on Thursday morning, by distributing sweets among all the fans who had gathered outside the hospital.
The baby boy is Chiranjeevi and Meghana's first child, who got married in 2018. In June this year, Chiranjeevi died at a hospital in Bengaluru following a cardiac arrest, at the age of 39. His death sent a shock wave across the Kannada film industry. Meghana was four months pregnant when Chiranjeevi Sarja breathed his last breath.

Chiranjeevi Sarja’s mother told the media, “I am so happy. It feels like I am seeing Chiranjeevi again. We have been in such grief all these days and it’s such a happy day. Today is also the day Meghana and Chiranjeevi got engaged.”
Meghana, in her previous interview with Bangalore Times, had said, "We'd planned a lot of innovative ways to tell the fans. Somehow, God made the news come out in the most unexpectedly unique way.” She also said that she will bring up the child with the same ideals that Chiranjeevi had, which made the fans connect with him so dearly.
On Chiranjeevi Sarja’s birth anniversary, Meghana shared a picture on Instagram, writing, “Happy Birthday My World! @chirusarja I LOVE YOU! Forever and Always!”
