Why Kerala Girls Night Out Was Initiated?
Local government took the initiative to bring change in the lifestyle of people and add leisure to it. It was also a way to pass a message and ensure women don't have to worry about their safety and can step out into the streets late at night. The Girls' Night Out initiative was originally executed in a half-a-kilometer spell of the M C Road. Several towns from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam in Kerala, are connected to the arterial State highway, as per a report.
