Actor Rakul Preet Singh and Deepika Padukone's manager Karishma Prakash were questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) today in a drug probe linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. In a shocking confession, the star manager Karishma Prakash reportedly told NCB that Padukone is the admin of a WhatsApp group which deals with drugs, a report by DNA India claims.
On the other hand, actress Rakul Preet Singh has reportedly confessed to being a part of the "drug chats" with Rhea Chakraborty. She reportedly named four celebrities and alleged that Kshitij Prasad (reportedly, an Executive Producer & Director with Dharma Productions) supplied narcotic substance to them. Further, she claimed she never consumed any kind of narcotic substance, TOI reported. Singh was summoned today for questioning and the actress left after a four-hour-long interrogation.
Sources also told Zee News, that Singh's chats to Chakraborty about drugs date back to 2018. She allegedly "spoke to her about getting weed which was at Rakul's house," the agency said. However, the actress has denied taking any drugs.

"Rakul has also accepted chats between her and Rhea over drugs, as per sources. When NCB officials showed her the chats, wherein in the duo was discussing drugs and Rhea was seen asking for banned narcotics, Rakul agreed to the authenticity of the chat," a source said, Republic TV reported.
Deepika Padukone's involvement?
According to the sources, Karishma told the NCB officials that Padukone added only three members in the WhatsApp chat group including Jaya Saha, Karishma Prakash and herself. The WhatsApp group chat on drugs reportedly dates back to 2017.
Padmaavat actress Padukone’s name emerged in the Bollywood drug-probe after a WhatsApp chat with her manager Prakash from 2017 came into light. In the chat, a person denoted as ‘D’, has been allegedly identified to be Deepika Padukone Times Now reported. D reportedly asked for “maal” and “hash” from another persona called ‘K’, reportedly Karishma Prakash, her manager.
Who is Jaya Saha?
According to reports on Times Now, Sushant Singh Rajput's former talent manager, Jaya Saha, who was also grilled for three consecutive days, allegedly "leaked” the alleged "drug chats" with the agency. She alleged that it was Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash, who allegedly “catered to the celebrities.”
On September 26, besides Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor are also expected to be questioned by the federal agency.
