Police seized her passport and filed a chargesheet in the case before producing her before the Andheri court. Perruccio was released on bail.
A Sahar police station officer said the preliminary report of her medical examination showed that she was inebriated during the journey.
Air Vistara issued a statement over the incident and said, "In view of the continued unruly conduct and violent behaviour, the captain issued a warning card and made a decision to restrain the customer."
