After losing both her hands in an accident, a 14-year-old girl hailing from Bihar’s Patna is putting a strong fight by learning to write with her toes. Tanu Kumari lost her hands 7 years ago. She was playing at the terrace when she accidentally touched live wires due to which she lost her hands. 2. A seven-year-old girl donates her savings to Karnataka CM
Dhavani N, a seven-year-old girl, from Karnataka recently offered her savings to the Chief Minister of the State, Basavaraj Bommai, for fixing the potholes in the city of Bengaluru. She had made this offer exactly two years after her mother’s accident, who suffered from a fracture in her leg due to a pothole. Read more about it here.
3. Vanisha Pathak emerges as Bhopal CBSE topper despite losing parents to COVID
Vanisha made her parents proud by becoming one of Bhopal’s CBSE Class Xth toppers in 2021. Unfortunately, her parents succumbed to COVID-19 in May during the second wave and couldn't be a part of the daughter's success. She scored 99.8%. in class X exams with a perfect 100 in English, Sanskrit and Science. She scored 97 in Maths. 4. Milk seller's daughter Kalpana makes to the Indian Statistical Services
Kalpana, daughter of a milk seller, hailing from Haryana’s Hisar received a whopping All India Rank 12, in the Indian Statistical Service Exam in 2021. The results were announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). She performed well in the exams without enrolling in any coaching or seeking any external aid. Read more about it here.
5. UP Girl who rowed boat to school
Sandhya is a student of class 11 from Gorakhpur’s Bahrampur region who used to row her boat 800 metres in Rapti river daily to reach her school from her house in Bahrampur area of the district.
