Hyderabad pub minor girl video: Police in Gachibowli, Hyderabad have reportedly served a notice to a bar in the suburbs after the video of a minor girl dancing there among the crowds went viral on social media. A case was registered following the incident that occurred over the past weekend, reports said Thursday.
The girl is reportedly eight years old.
The video surfaced from The Lal Street, a popular bar exchange joint inside a mall on the Gachibowli - Miyapur road. The police were alerted of the minor's entry into the pub only after the clip circulated on social media, sparking much outrage. Netizens tagged police of Cyberabad (Hyderabad's IT hub) and Telangana Director General of Police on the viral video, urging them to take due action.

"Minors should not be allowed in the bars and the management allowed the child. So we booked a case and served a notice to the management of The Lal Street," police on the case were quoted saying by Telangana Today.
According to reports, Station House Officer (SHO) G Suresh said the minor girl came to the pub with a group of three families. Assuring legal action, they said a case under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which relates to disobedience to public servant's duty order, has been registered.
