Shalini Talwar Allegations Against Honey Singh: The wife of rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh registered a case of domestic violence against the rapper. Talwar claimed that the rapper had beaten her "mercilessly".
Shalini Talwar had filed a case of domestic violence against her husband and the rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh. The case has been registered under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Talwar filed the case today morning before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-Ms Tania Singh, Tis Hazari Court in New Delhi.
Sandeep Kaur appeared on behalf of the victim, Shalini Talwar. Kaur named Talwar's Mother-in-law Bhupinder Kaur, sister-in-law Sneha Singh and father-in-law Sarabjit Singh in the plea. Talwar has sought orders of protection and other required reliefs against the enormities committed by her in-laws.

As per the reports, Shalini Talwar claimed that the rapper Honey Singh acted 'aggressive & rude' post the rapper's success in the music industry. Talwar's plea claimed that the rapper overreacted and mercilessly thrashed her and accused her of circulating those pictures.
Talwar also claimed that the rapper was sexually involved with various other women. Talwar claimed that during the shoot of his song Brown Rang De, the rapper was sexually involved with a female colleague. The 34-year-old said that Honey Singh allegedly 'threw a liquor bottle' at her on being confronted for the same.
The Tis Hazari Court in Delhi issued a notice to the rapper Honey Singh seeking his reply by August 28, 2021. This was in addition to an interim order restricting him from disposing of his jointly owned property with his wife.
Honey Singh has judged a show named India's Raw Star in 2014 but quit the show in 2015 as the rapper was later diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was taking treatment at rehab in Chandigarh for the same.
